About the Blogger

Hello! I am Patrick Ewell, a Junior at the Honors Colllege at Northern Arizona University.  I am studying Spanish, Creative Media and Film, and Hospitality, and am spending the spring 2020 semester living abroad in Sevilla, Spain, and attending the Universidad Pablo de Olavide.

As part of my capstone project, I am currently taking Honors 491C, an online course that supplments my abroad experience with reflective writings about my new environment and cultural surroundings.  In this blog, I will provide my thoughts as a traveler, student, foodie, and foreigner as I experience the culture of Spain for the first time.

I would like to thank the long list of people who made this trip possible, including, but not limited to, my parents, family, professors, advisers, host family, and friends, all of whom have supported and guided me along the way.  Please enjoy!
